To hide tiles tap the x or icon in the top left of the tile you want to hide.
Open the fitbit app and tap on the account symbol at the top right corner of the screen then tap on set up a new device choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue the tile has been removed from the dashboard and is not invisible.

If the tile is showing up on your watch and fitbit app it seems that maybe a period was logged accidentally.
From the fitbit app dashboard tap the sleep tile.
In the fitbit app tap the today tab then tap the sleep tile.
